The Yanchep Central development was a diverse project completed for Focus Building Group which included a 3,600m2 Coles supermarket with a liquor store and 10 specialty tenancies. DCI delivered plasterboard walls and ceilings throughout Coles and the specialty tenancies, as well as the installation of feature signage throughout the store which involved complex substrate timber panel / tubing around the internal signage.
The existing shopping centre tenancies had to remain operational throughout construction which required diligent OHS and considerable experience of working in a live environment to ensure the site management was of the highest standard.
