This modern apartment building, with its high level of detail and finish, is located in the centre of the West Perth district. The building has seven storeys, with the ground level having parking and storage facilities for the twenty-four apartments, four per floor.
DCI’s work on this project included:
- Installing all internal walls, steel stud framing, acoustic insulation and specified Sound and Fire-rated plasterboards, and fibre cement sheeting to all the wet areas.
- Framing the tilt-up concrete panel walls with a furring channel with Aircell insulation, and plasterboard lined to the required Star Rating.
- Suspending all ceilings with acoustic insulation and giving the walls a clean architectural finish with P50 shadowline angle flushed finish.
- Framing and lining the external soffit lining with a Cement Fibre sheeting with express joints to follow the clean lines look the architect was after.
