Two Storey Unit Renovations
Project Overview: Double Storey Unit Refurbishments
We recently completed work on Double Storey Units in Ocean Reef. This project showcased our workmanship on included features such as a 10mm Plasterboard walls and ceilings with a 75mm cove cornice finish to loft.
Specifications:
Products & Areas: R1.5 Insulation to wall areas and R3 Insulation to ceiling area. 10mm Plasterboard ceilings fixed to joists with a 75mm coved cornice to First Floor with suspended ceilings to Kitchen, Disabled WC & WC. Two Cornice Soffits & 75mm coved cornice to underside slab to ground floor.
New Triple Storey Residence
Project Overview: New Three Storey Residence
We are currently working on a 3 Storey residential project in Coogee. Examples of our contractor skill level & DGC’s renowned outstanding level of finish can already be seen at this stage of progress, even before the job is finished.
