Distinctive Membrane Systems were appointed as the sole Western Australian and Queensland distributor and applicator for UPI Australia products.

We are the waterproofing, soundproofing and Deck coating specialists. At present DMS completes about 40% of the waterproofing for the residential home building market working in conjunction with companies such as Summit Homes Group, APG Homes, Homebuyers Centre, Belvista Homes, Aveling Homes, Averna Homes and Lenfis Homes.

DMS Commercial has also ventured into the Commercial Building Industry in Western Australia, completing work for Diploma Constructions, BGC Constructions, Pindan Constructions, Keywest Constructions, Jamac Constructions and Metro West Constructions.
