PAUL SULTANA: Managing Director

Paul has been active in the West Australian Wall and Ceiling industry for 33 years in both residential and commercial areas. During this time, Paul has developed vast knowledge, experience and expertise across all sectors of the ceiling industry.

As Managing Director, Paul is responsible for the operation and continued growth of all divisions within the DGC Group.

Paul’s experience as a fibrous plasterer by trade, and the achievements that followed in his role as Managing Director with the group, have proven him not only a successful builder but a great mentor and disciplinary to all staff at DGC.

With his extensive knowledge and market experience comes a respect for the standards he demand be upheld by all team members.Paul’s major strengths include his proven ability, knowledge and experience to singley manage the administrative, financial and operational aspects of the DGC Group with expansions of branches to West Australian South West and Queensland.

WAYNE MUNI: General Manager

Wayne is the General Manager of the group and has taken it from strength to strength over the 4 years he has been in this role. Wayne had previously fulfilled positions managing other divisions within the group for 15 years prior. His commitment and loyalty not only to employers, but also his customers ensures he is always achieving the best quality & value for clients, and delivering the best quality image of how the group operates.

His experience & strong belief in being fair and reasonable with staff, creates a satisfying working environment that gains the best from all of his people, and is reflected in the quality of workmanship produced by his team.

Wayne’s loyalty & belief in forging long term, mutually beneficial relationships with Distinctive customers & staff has attributed to the solid network boasted today.

BEN TATULLI: Manager

Ben is responsible for the residential housing division of the company and has previous experience in a variety of roles including, estimating, scheduler and site supervising. His diverse work history prepared him with a vital understanding of the day to day operations of the group, and how to effectively go about key procedures from the ground up.

Ben’s understanding of our computer systems and attention to detail in job costing and related processes has made him an invaluable addition to the management team, as he continually strives to attain the highest level of satisfaction for all our clients.

His commitment to continued learning about the most efficient ways to undertake job related tasks, have proved a valuable asset to him since undertaking a management role.

Keeping a firm organisational hold, and his approachable nature, are key reasons why such high efficiency levels are upheld by staff both on site and in administration aspects for all projects.

His meticulous methods and attention to detail are defining factors in why he has a great repor with staff and contractors, and attributes to his ability to exceed client expectations.
